Our approach to exceed expectations is through ’Integrated Development Studies’, a combination of interactive workshops and courses with our ‘Reflection Series’ of supportive resource materials. Many of our programmes are also ‘Accredited’ by the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) and these are further supported by our optional ‘Summit Series’ open learning resource materials. Each module of either resource material helps the individual candidate check and develop their management and supervisory skills at a pace set by the learner and to standards either nationally recognised or set by best practice. By introducing these resource materials at workshops, course tutors help the individual candidate to get started.
The HRD Solutions team are experienced ’Licensed Practioners’ with the Insights Discovery Personal Profile. This tool gives individuals an engaging , reinforcing and transformational insight into themselves and others. Its use enhances many of our Personal Effectiveness, Leadership, Management and Teambuilding courses.
As an ‘optional’ benefit, many of the most popular integrated development events (Courses and Workshops) are offered with the Endorsement of the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM ) These Endorsed events are additional to the range of ‘Accredited’ programmes already available from the ILM Management Centre, HRD Solutions.
